Returns and withdrawal

How returns and withdrawal work for our research peptides.

Right of withdrawal and exception

Our products are in stock. For unopened, sealed products the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. You can return an unopened, sealed product within 14 days of receipt.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed peptide vials are excluded from return (article 6:230p sub g of the Dutch Civil Code). Once the seal has been broken, the product can no longer be returned.

What is possible

Did you receive an order that is damaged or incorrectly delivered? Then we will of course resolve this for you.

Contact us within a few days of receipt at info@togopeptide.com.
State your order number and a brief description of the problem.
Where possible, add photos of the damage or the incorrect delivery.

We assess your report and look for a suitable solution together with you, such as a replacement.
