Returns and withdrawal

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

For unopened, sealed products you have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt. Notify us at info@togopeptide.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned.

Refund

After receiving and checking the unopened products, we refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds are always made via the same payment method you used.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

• Report it within 7 days of receipt at info@togopeptide.com.
• Include your order number and a short description, and add photos where possible.
• We arrange a free replacement or refund.

Contact us first, then your bank

If there is a problem, always contact us first before asking your bank to reverse a payment. We reply within 1–2 business days.
