• Our products are intended for laboratory research only (in vitro).
• They are not intended for human or animal use.
• They are not medicines, food supplements or cosmetics.
• We only sell to researchers aged 21 or over.

2. What the products are intended for

All TogoPeptide products are supplied exclusively for scientific, analytical and educational research in a laboratory. They are not intended to be ingested, injected, applied to the skin or used in any other way on humans or animals.

3. Not a medicine

Our products are not registered as medicines and have not been evaluated by the Dutch Medicines Evaluation Board (CBG), the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or the US FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. TogoPeptide is not a pharmacy.

4. Information on this website

Texts, specifications, certificates of analysis and references to scientific literature on this website are background information for researchers only. They are not medical advice and not instructions for use. We do not advise on use in humans or animals.

5. What you confirm when ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you are 21 years of age or older and a qualified researcher (or order on behalf of a research organisation);
• you will use the products for research only, by or under the supervision of qualified personnel;
• you will not resell the products for human or animal use;
• you comply with the laws and regulations that apply in your country.

6. Refusal or cancellation

If we have reason to believe an order is not intended for research, we may refuse or cancel it. Any amount already paid will be refunded.

7. Liability

Anyone who uses the products in a way that conflicts with this policy does so entirely at their own risk. TogoPeptide accepts no liability for this. See also our terms and conditions.
