Privacy statement

Who is responsible

TogoPeptide (hereinafter: "we") is responsible for processing your personal data. Contact: info@togopeptide.com.

What data we process

• name, address, email address and phone number (for delivery and contact about your order);
• your orders and payment status;
• your confirmations at checkout (21+ and researcher, research only, terms), with a timestamp and an encrypted code of your IP address;
• if you have an account: your login details.

Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to fulfil your order (performance of the contract), to meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping, and to show that we only sell to researchers (legitimate interest). We do not sell your data.

Parties processing data on our behalf

• Payments: Stripe, for processing your payment by iDEAL, credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we do not receive or store them.
• Accounts and orders: Supabase (database and hosting).
• Website: Netlify (hosting).
• Email: Resend (sending confirmation emails).
• Statistics and advertising: Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you consent in the cookie banner. See our cookie policy.

Retention

We keep order and invoice data for 7 years (tax obligation). We keep your checkout confirmations for 5 years. Other data is kept no longer than necessary.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email your request to info@togopeptide.com; we respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
