Terms and conditions

The terms that apply to orders at TogoPeptide.

1. Parties

These terms apply to all orders at TogoPeptide, a brand of TNF Business. By "you" we mean the customer who places an order.

2. Use: for research only

All products are supplied on a research-use-only basis. By ordering, you declare that you will use the products for research purposes only.

For research use only. Not for human or animal consumption, medical diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of disease.

3. Ordering and payment

An agreement is concluded once you place an order and payment is completed. You can pay via Mollie with iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA transfer and credit card.

4. Delivery and prices

Products are in stock and are shipped after payment. We deliver to the EU-27 and the United Kingdom. The shipping costs and thresholds are described on the page Shipping and delivery. Prices are shown in euros. The statutory right of withdrawal applies to unopened, sealed products; opened or unsealed vials are excluded from return. See Returns and withdrawal.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. Since the products are intended for research only, we are not liable for any use that conflicts with this purpose.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
