Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

These terms apply to all orders at TogoPeptide (hereinafter: "we"). All company details are on the Company details page. "You" means the person or organisation placing the order.

2. Who may order

You may only order if you are 21 years of age or older and a qualified researcher, or if you order on behalf of a research organisation. You confirm this at checkout; we record that confirmation for each order.

3. For laboratory research only

All our products are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not medicines, food supplements or cosmetics and have not been evaluated by the CBG, EMA or FDA. You may not ingest them, administer them to humans or animals, or resell them for such use. We do not give medical advice or advice on dissolving, dosing or administering. 4. Ordering

The contract is formed once we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if there are indications of use outside laboratory research, if you do not meet article 2, or if the delivery address is outside our shipping area. Any amount already paid will then be refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT; shipping costs are shown before checkout. For 2 vials of the same product with the same contents you receive a 10% volume discount on that product line, and 15% for 3 or more; this discount is calculated automatically in the cart and at checkout. How you can pay is explained in our payment policy. We do not charge payment surcharges.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the EU-27 and the United Kingdom. Ordered and paid on a business day before 15:00 (Dutch time): usually shipped the same day. Items not in stock are produced per batch and ship within 14 days. See Shipping and delivery.

7. Withdrawal and returns

For unopened, sealed products you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The conditions are on the Returns and withdrawal page.

8. A problem? Contact us first

If something is wrong with your order or payment, please contact us first at info@togopeptide.com before asking your bank to reverse a payment. We reply within 1–2 business days and usually resolve it straight away.

9. Reviews

Reviews on our site are collected and checked by us. They come from customers who ordered from us and from users in our test panel. Our full method is in our review policy.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to article 3. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you as a consumer a different choice.
