Ordering & payment
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest and only enter your delivery and payment details. An account is handy though: track your orders, save favourites and earn rewards.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely via Mollie with iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA transfer and credit card. We deliberately offer no buy-now-pay-later (such as Klarna).
Do you offer discounts or a loyalty programme?
Yes. New customers get a welcome discount, and with our rewards programme you build up benefits with every order. Enter discount codes at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is fully encrypted via Mollie, a regulated payment service. We never see or store your card details. Our shop is secured with a valid SSL certificate.
Shipping & delivery
What is the delivery time?
What we hold in stock usually ships the next business day. Products we don't stock are freshly made for you (fresh-batch) and delivered within 14 days. Each product page shows the exact estimate per dose.
What is the fresh-batch method?
We don't keep everything in stock by default. When you order such a product, we make a fresh batch just for you, guaranteeing maximum purity and freshness instead of long-held stock. This takes up to 14 days; what we do stock ships right away.
What are the shipping costs for the EU and the UK?
Within the EU-27 you pay €4.95; from €25 shipping is free. To the United Kingdom this is €14.95; free from €100. More on Shipping and delivery.
How do I track my order?
As soon as we ship you receive a track & trace link by email. When signed in you can follow everything via My account. We ship discreetly, with no content description on the outside.
Quality & use
What is a certificate of analysis (COA)?
A COA records the composition and purity of a specific batch, measured with HPLC and mass spectrometry. At TogoPeptide every batch comes with its own COA, so you can verify what you receive.
Are your peptides independently tested?
Yes. Every batch is analysed with HPLC (purity) and mass spectrometry (identity). You'll find the results in the per-batch certificate of analysis. We typically measure ≥ 98% purity.
How do I store the products and how long do they last?
Store unopened vials cool, dry and dark; lyophilised peptides stay stable for a long time this way. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within a few weeks. The expiry date is on the vial.
How do I reconstitute a peptide?
Lyophilised peptide is dissolved with bacteriostatic water. Calculate the exact amount in seconds with our reconstitution calculator.
Research use & service
What does "research-use-only" mean?
Our products are intended for research only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption or for medical application. Research-use-only is the legal basis on which we supply.
Can I return or withdraw from my order?
For unopened, sealed products the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Opened vials are excluded for hygiene reasons. More on Returns and withdrawal.
