Payment policy

How you pay

You pay in advance. At checkout you choose from:

• iDEAL: directly from your own banking app (Dutch banks).
• Credit or debit card: Visa or Mastercard.
• Apple Pay: on your iPhone, iPad or Mac.
• Google Pay: on your Android phone or in Chrome.

You complete the payment on the secure payment page of our payment partner Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear there if your device supports them.

Your details

You enter your card and bank details with Stripe, not with us. We do not see or store your card details. You can read more about this in our privacy statement.

Confirmation

As soon as your payment has succeeded, you receive a payment confirmation by email and we ship your order.

Costs

We do not charge a payment surcharge. You only pay the amount you see at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are always made via the payment method you used, within 14 days of approval. See Returns and withdrawal.

A problem with your payment or order?

Please contact us first at info@togopeptide.com before asking your bank or card issuer to reverse the payment. We reply within 1–2 business days.

We do not offer buy-now-pay-later.
