Delivery time

All products are in stock. Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days. After that the carrier's regular delivery time applies, depending on your destination.

Shipping costs

EU-27

Shipping costs: €4.95
Free shipping from €25 (calculated on the items subtotal before any discount).

United Kingdom (GB, outside the EU)

Shipping costs: €14.95
Free shipping from €100 (calculated on the items subtotal before any discount).
On delivery in the UK you pay any import VAT and customs charges yourself. We do not charge UK VAT.

Where we deliver

We deliver exclusively to the EU-27 and the United Kingdom (GB). Unfortunately we cannot process orders to other countries.

Discreet shipping

All orders are packed discreetly and shipped from the EU. With every vial you receive a free Starter Kit (10 insulin syringes, 10 alcohol wipes and 1× 3 ml bacteriostatic water).
