Review policy

1. Which reviews you see

All reviews on togopeptide.com are collected and checked by us. They cover our products and our service.

2. Who writes them

Our reviews come from two groups:

• Customers who have placed an order with us. After delivery we invite them by e-mail to share their experience.
• Our test panel: experienced researchers who use our products in their laboratory and share their findings with us.

This way every product has experiences from the start, even before there are many orders.

3. How we check

• We only publish reviews from people who actually ordered or used the product.
• We remove spam, duplicates and incoherent submissions.
• We do not edit the text: only a typo or extra spaces.

4. Which reviews we show

We show a representative selection, not only the newest. A displayed review may therefore be older than another you see elsewhere.

5. Stars and average

Each review counts once. The average is the arithmetic mean of all ratings, rounded to one decimal. We do not remove 3- or 4-star reviews to make the score look better.

6. Will this change later?

Yes. As more real customer orders come in, the mix shifts towards customer reviews. This page describes how we collect and check at that point.

This method aligns with our terms and conditions (article 9) and with the European rules on consumer reviews.
