Shipping
Fast, discreet, EU-wide.
Neutral outer packaging. Insulated cold-chain. Tracked EU courier. In-stock items ship next business day — fresh-batch items ship once the new batch clears QC (typically 14–21 days).
Two dispatch modes
When your order leaves our lab.
In stock · green pill
Next-business-day dispatch
For every compound with a green In stock indicator. Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a business day dispatch the same day; after that, the next business day.
Fresh batch · amber pill
Made-to-order, 14–21 day lead
For compounds marked Fresh batch. We synthesise, lyophilise and QC a new batch specifically for your order. The full window covers synthesis + QC + cold-chain dispatch. Full timeline on the fresh-batch page.
Mixed order? The full order ships together in one cold-chain parcel once the fresh batch is ready — single tracking, single cold-pack, fewer temperature excursions.
Delivery Windows
How long it takes.
Typical transit time after dispatch. Processing happens same day for orders placed before 15:00 CET on weekdays.
Express Zone
NL & BE
1 to 2 business days. Tracked courier, signature optional.
Core EU
DE · FR · AT · LU · DK
2 to 4 business days. Tracked end-to-end.
Rest of EU
ES · IT · PT · PL · SE · FI · …
3 to 7 business days depending on customs and routing.
Packaging & Privacy
Discreet by default.
Neutral outer carton
Plain brown box. No TogoPeptide branding. No compound names. No descriptive customs declaration beyond what carriers legally require. Return address is a generic EU shipping centre, not a lab name.
Insulated cold-chain pack
Every parcel goes in an insulated liner with phase-change cold packs sized to the transit window. Lyophilised vials are still temperature-sensitive — the pack keeps them in spec up to 96h from dispatch.
Tracked end-to-end
Tracking link emailed at dispatch. Follow the parcel carrier-side. Express zone (NL/BE) uses next-day DPD or PostNL equivalent; core EU uses tracked European network routing.
COA in every parcel
A printed Certificate of Analysis matched to your batch ID ships with the vials, and a digital copy hits your inbox at dispatch time. No separate request needed.
Order Cut-off
When it ships.
Orders placed before 15:00 CET on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders after cut-off, weekends, or on public holidays dispatch the next business day.
Rates
Shipping rate matrix.
Per zone. Free shipping kicks in above the threshold listed for your zone — an automatic progress bar in your cart shows how far you are from it (default threshold: €100 EU-wide).
| Zone | Countries | Below threshold | Free above |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | NL | €4.95 | €50 |
| B | DE · BE · LU · FR | €9.95 | €75 |
| C | Rest of EU (ES, IT, AT, DK, SE, FI, IE, PT, PL, CZ, …) | €14.95 | €100 |
| D | UK · CH (commercial-grade routing) | €19.95 | — |
Cold-chain surcharge: +€5 added when an opt-in insulated cold-chain pack is selected at checkout (gel pack + insulated liner). Standard shipments already include a phase-change cold pack at no extra cost — the surcharge upgrades to a longer-duration cold-chain pack rated for 96h+ in transit.
UK / CH / non-EU destinations may attract import VAT or local handling fees on arrival; these are payable to the carrier and are outside our control.

Pickup points
Have it sent to a parcel locker.
Prefer not to receive the parcel at home? At checkout you can pick a PostNL service point (NL/BE) or a DHL ServicePoint / packstation (DE/AT) instead of a residential address — the carrier delivers to the pickup point and you collect at your convenience with the QR code in the carrier app. Cold-chain pack still ships in the same parcel; collect within 48 h of arrival to keep the contents inside the rated cold-chain window. Pickup-point selection is free and uses the standard zone rate above.
Research-grade customs
What the customs label actually says.
Every outbound parcel carries a CN22 / CN23 customs document declaring the contents as research peptide samples (laboratory reagents, research-grade). The harmonised-system tariff code is from the HS 3822 / 2937 family depending on the compound, the declared value matches your order subtotal, and the country of origin is the EU. We never label parcels with terms that imply human use — no “medicine,” “therapy,” “dose” or trade-names that suggest consumption. This mirrors the research-frame positioning across the rest of the site and keeps your parcel inside the legitimate research-reagent flow that EU customs handle hundreds of times a day.
Inside the parcel you will find: lyophilised vials in their tamper-evident inner carton, a phase-change cold pack, the printed COA matched to the batch ID, and a printed packing slip listing each line item and lot. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents beyond the legally required customs declaration.
Carriers
Who delivers your parcel.
We pick the carrier per destination based on cold-chain handling, transit window and tracked-network coverage. The carrier is shown on your tracking email and inside the order tracker.
Zone A
PostNL (NL)
Tracked next-business-day across the Netherlands. Signature optional at checkout.
Zone B
DHL (DE / BE / LU)
DHL Parcel Connect for tracked 2–3 day delivery into the German-speaking and Benelux corridor.
Zone B
DPD (FR)
DPD Predict for France — recipient gets a one-hour delivery window the morning of delivery.
Zone C / D
UPS (rest of EU + UK / CH)
UPS Standard for the remaining EU members and commercial-grade routing into UK / CH where customs handling is integrated.
Tracking
Automated tracking emails.
The moment your order’s status flips to shipped, an automated tracking email goes out with the carrier name, tracking number and a clickable carrier-side parcel link. The same link appears inside the order tracker so you can re-open it anytime without searching your inbox. If the carrier hasn’t scanned the parcel after 48h, email info@togopeptide.com — we’ll open a carrier trace within the same business day.
Cold-chain & sustainability
Optional add-ons at checkout.
Opt-in · +€5
Cold-chain pack upgrade
Select cold-chain shipping at checkout when you want the longer-duration insulated pack: phase-change gel packs sized for 96h+ transit, plus reinforced foam liner. Recommended for warm-weather months in zones C / D and any time the destination forecast is >25°C. Standard shipments already include a baseline cold pack rated for the published transit window.
Coming soon
Carbon-neutral shipping
A carbon-offset add-on (verified-credit programme via the carrier’s offset partner) is in onboarding. It will appear as an opt-in at checkout once the partner integration is live; no surcharge in the early-access period.
Customs
Customs declarations.
Outbound parcels carry a customs declaration generated automatically from the order line items. Material is declared as research peptide samples (laboratory reagents, research-grade) with the harmonised-system tariff code applicable to peptide reagents (HS 3822 / 2937 family depending on compound). Declared value matches the order subtotal. We never label parcels as “medicine,” “therapeutic” or any term implying human use — the declaration mirrors our research-frame positioning.
EU intra-community shipments are duty-free under the single market. UK / CH / other non-EU destinations may incur import VAT or local handling fees on arrival, payable directly to the carrier — outside our control.
