Where’s my order?

Use the order tracker with your 8-character order reference and the email used at checkout. Once dispatched, you’ll also receive an automated tracking email with a carrier-side parcel link (PostNL / DHL / DPD / UPS, depending on destination zone).

How long does shipping take?

For in-stock items: 1 business day dispatch, with transit times of 1–2 days NL/BE, 2–4 days core EU, 3–7 days rest of EU. For fresh-batch items: 14–21 days lead time covering synthesis, lyophilisation, QC and dispatch. Full breakdown on the shipping page.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. Every order ships tracked end-to-end. A tracking link is auto-emailed the moment status flips to shipped, and the same link is also visible inside the order tracker.

What’s a COA?

A Certificate of Analysis — the lab report tied to the specific batch you receive. It documents purity (HPLC), mass (MS), endotoxin and residuals. How do I reconstitute lyophilised material?

I want to return something.

Open the returns page — you’ll find the eligibility matrix (damaged-on-arrival, off-spec vs COA, sealed in-stock 14-day withdrawal) and a return-request form. Submit the form with your order reference and we reply within 1 business day with the next steps.

What if my order is delayed?

First check the tracker — most carrier delays resolve themselves inside the published transit window. If you’re past the window or the carrier hasn’t scanned the parcel in 48h, email info@togopeptide.com with your order reference. We’ll open a carrier trace within the same business day.
