Fresh batch policy

We produce your peptide after you order it.

Most compounds ship the next business day from in-stock material. A portion of the catalog is made-to-order: when you place the order, a fresh batch is lyophilised, QC’d, and cold-chain dispatched. Total lead time: 14–21 days. Here is why we chose this model.

The quality case

Four reasons this beats sitting inventory.

Maximum peptide stability

Most research peptides lose detectable activity over months of storage — even lyophilised, even at −20 °C. Fresh batches minimise the window between synthesis and reconstitution.

Batch-specific COA every order

You receive the Certificate of Analysis for your batch — not a generic COA from a warehouse pool. Purity, mass-spec, peptide content, endotoxin: all traceable to the material in your vial.

Unbroken cold chain

From lyophilisation to your door, the material stays in controlled cold storage. No warehouse shelves, no unknown temperature history.

No overstock, no degraded product

Traditional suppliers sit on kilos of material for months to hit quick shipping. Old product ships first. We refuse that model — making material on demand means nothing goes stale on a shelf.

Timeline

What happens between your order and your door.

Realistic numbers. No vague “2–3 weeks” promise we cannot keep.

  1. Order placed (day 0)

Payment confirms via Mollie. Order reference emailed immediately. Fresh-batch items enter our production queue within 24h.

  2. Synthesis & lyophilisation (day 3–10)

Peptide synthesis, HPLC purification, freeze-drying. Batch tagged with a unique ID that ties your vials to this production run.

  3. QC & COA (day 10–14)

Mass-spec, HPLC purity, peptide content, water content, endotoxin testing. COA signed and archived before the material leaves QC.

  4. Packing & cold-chain dispatch (day 14–18)

Labelling, tamper-evident packing, insulated cold-pack shipping. You receive tracking.

  5. Delivery (day 16–21)

Carrier delivery in the EU. COA included in the parcel + mailed digitally. Store as directed on the compound page.

Common questions

Fresh batch FAQ.

  • How do I know if a compound is in-stock or fresh-batch?

Every product page shows a stock indicator per variant. Green “In stock” = ships within 1 business day. Amber “Fresh batch” = 14–21 days. Shop category pages show a product-level stock pill on every card.

  • What if I mix in-stock and fresh-batch items in one order?

The full order ships together once the fresh batch is ready. This keeps it to one cold-chain parcel (less risk of temperature excursion, single tracking number). If you need the in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.

  • Why not just carry more inventory?

Research peptides are not shelf-stable like bulk chemicals. Carrying inventory means shipping older material. We would rather match supply to real demand, produce fresh, and keep the quality bar where it should be. The lead time is the honest cost of that choice.

  • Can you expedite a fresh-batch order?

The rate-limiting step is synthesis + QC, not shipping. We do not cut QC. If there is slack in the production queue we will let you know, but 14–21 days is the realistic window we commit to.

  • Is the COA emailed too, or only in the parcel?

Both. Hard copy in the box, digital copy emailed when the parcel is dispatched. Your order reference ties the COA to the exact batch you received.

  • What if a fresh-batch order fails QC?

We run the batch again. You do not receive out-of-spec material. If this adds material delay beyond 21 days we contact you with the option of a full refund or wait for the re-run.
