Lab Reports
Every batch, third-party verified.
Independent lab analysis confirms purity, identity and mass spec for each batch before it enters inventory. Certificates of Analysis are available for your specific order on request.
Process
How each batch gets verified.
Four checks every batch passes before any unit ships. No exceptions, no shortcuts.
Third-party lab
Analysis is done by independent laboratories — never by the manufacturer, never in-house. No conflict of interest on the paperwork you receive.
HPLC purity
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography quantifies the active compound against impurities. Purity figures on our COAs are direct HPLC readings.
Mass spectrometry
MS confirms that what is in the vial matches the declared compound. Identity is verified, not assumed from labelling.
Cold-chain check
For temperature-sensitive compounds, storage conditions are logged and verified before dispatch. A broken cold chain fails the batch.
Document
What a COA tells you.
Six lines. Each one independently verifiable. Read them before you reconstitute.
01 · Purity
HPLC percentage
Reversed-phase HPLC at UV 214 nm. Target ≥ 99.0 %. The chromatogram shows every detectable impurity. Anything below 99 % without a reason note = do not reconstitute.
02 · Identity
Mass spec m/z
Observed molecular weight from ESI-MS must match theoretical to within ± 0.5 m/z. Confirms the sequence in the vial is the compound on the label — not a mislabelled analog.
03 · Peptide content
Net peptide
Amino acid analysis or UV-corrected reading. Target ≥ 80 % net peptide. Tells you how much of the powder is actual peptide vs counter-ion salts and moisture.
04 · Water content
Karl Fischer
Lyophilised material should carry ≤ 5 % residual water. Higher numbers shorten shelf life and can indicate poor freeze-drying.
05 · Endotoxin
LAL test
Limulus amebocyte lysate (gel-clot or kinetic). Research-grade threshold < 1.0 EU/mg. Relevant for in-vitro cell work.
06 · Traceability
Batch + lot + dates
Unique batch ID, manufacturing date, test date, COA signer. Match the batch ID to the one on your vial label. No match = flag it — something went wrong.
