Mobile + a11y polish

  • Persistent bottom tab bar on mobile for Shop, Search, Cart and Account.
  • Skip-to-content link auto-injected on every page.
  • Cookie banner runtime now respects browser-level "Do Not Track".
  • Build pipeline (tools/build.sh) gates every commit: nav consistency, predeploy validator, sitemap regeneration.
