Calculator inputs
Research Use
Laboratory context only.
This tool calculates concentrations for in-vitro and laboratory research workflows. It does not compute injection volumes, human doses, or therapeutic regimens. See Research-Use Disclaimer.

Vial-Size Comparison
Cost per mg across vial sizes.
Enter vial size and price for up to five SKUs. The tool divides price by mg, ranks them, and highlights the best per-mg value.
Compound Reference
Molecular weight lookup.
Type a compound name, CAS number or synonym to retrieve molecular formula, MW, CAS and sequence (where applicable). Indexed against the TogoPeptide research catalog.
Peptide Mass Calculator
Sequence-to-MW.
Paste a one-letter amino-acid sequence to estimate monoisotopic mass, average mass and isoelectric point. Standard 20 amino acids (ACDEFGHIKLMNPQRSTVWY); spaces and line breaks are ignored.
Mole-Mass Conversion
Dose converter (nmol ↔ µmol ↔ mg).
Enter a mass and molecular weight to obtain the equivalent in micrograms, micromoles and nanomoles. Useful for in-vitro assay design where receptor occupancy is reported per nmol.
Pharmacokinetic Decay
Half-life decay curve.
Single-compartment first-order decay over five half-lives. Useful for dosing-frequency research and mapping plasma exposure windows. Not a clinical PK model.
Stability Tracker
Storage-window calculator.
Enter the batch / reconstitution date to estimate days remaining. Defaults: 24-month lyophilized shelf-life; 28-day post-reconstitution window when refrigerated. Always check vendor COA for compound-specific guidance.
Reconstitution Visualiser
Vial-fill preview.
Reads the mass + diluent from the Reconstitution tab and renders an SVG of the resulting fill level. Set vial capacity to inspect headspace and over-fill warnings before drawing diluent.
Batch Verification
COA / QR reference.
Paste a COA URL from your batch records to render a printable reference block. Future-ready hook for QR encoding — for now displays the URL prominently for manual scanning or label-printing.
How It Works
Three numbers, one equation.
Step 1
Stock concentration
Divide peptide mass by diluent volume. A 5 mg vial reconstituted in 2 ml gives a stock of 2.5 mg/ml. This is your reference number for every downstream calculation.
Step 2
Target mass
Decide the mass you want per aliquot or assay point. 10 µg, 100 µg, 1 mg — whatever your protocol calls for. The calculator converts it to the volume needed from your stock.
Step 3
Volume per aliquot
Volume = target mass / stock concentration. For 100 µg from a 2.5 mg/ml stock: 0.1 mg ÷ 2.5 mg/ml = 0.04 ml = 40 µl. Transfer with a calibrated pipette.
