Shipping Restrictions.
TogoPeptide does not ship to jurisdictions where dispatch would breach EU restrictive measures, OFAC sanctions, or local import bans on research chemicals. The list below is reviewed against the public sources cited in section 3 and may be updated without notice.
1. Countries we do not ship to
As of the last-reviewed date below, we decline orders with a delivery address in any of the following jurisdictions, including territories under their administration:
- Russian Federation — comprehensive EU restrictive measures in force.
- Belarus — EU restrictive measures in force.
- Islamic Republic of Iran — EU and OFAC sanctions in force.
- Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) — UN, EU and OFAC sanctions in force.
- Syrian Arab Republic — EU and OFAC sanctions in force.
- Cuba — OFAC comprehensive sanctions; EU position varies, our policy is non-shipment.
- Sudan — EU and OFAC measures in force.
- Crimea, Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine — comprehensive EU restrictive measures.
- Myanmar (Burma) — EU restrictive measures in force.
- Venezuela — EU restrictive measures in force on a sectoral basis; our policy is non-shipment.
In addition we decline orders to any natural or legal person listed on the EU consolidated sanctions list or the OFAC SDN list, regardless of their billing or shipping country.
2. Countries with elevated review
Orders to certain destinations are accepted but undergo additional manual review for end-use plausibility, payment-risk indicators, and onward-export risk. We may request additional documentation (institutional affiliation, end-use statement) before dispatch and reserve the right to refuse with a full refund. This list is not published in detail to avoid arbitrage of the heuristic.
3. Source references
The country list above is maintained against the following public sources:
- EU Sanctions Map — sanctionsmap.eu
- EU Consolidated List of persons, groups and entities subject to financial sanctions — webgate.ec.europa.eu/fsd/fsf
- OFAC Specially Designated Nationals List — ofac.treasury.gov — SDN human-readable lists
- OFAC Sanctions Programs — ofac.treasury.gov — programs and country information
- UN Security Council Consolidated List — un.org — SC Consolidated List
4. How an order is rejected
If an order is placed for a non-shippable destination, the order is cancelled before dispatch and the payment is refunded in full to the original instrument. We do not retain any portion of the payment. Where payment was authorised but not yet captured, the authorisation is voided and no charge appears on the cardholder's statement once the issuer has processed the void (typically within five working days).
Where an order is rejected after sanctions screening of the recipient name, we may be required by EU restrictive measures or OFAC rules to freeze rather than refund the payment and to report the attempted transaction to the competent authority. This is a legal obligation, not a commercial choice.
5. Customer obligations
By placing an order you confirm that:
- You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person located in any of the countries listed in section 1.
- You are not a sanctioned person or entity on the EU consolidated list, the OFAC SDN list, or the UN consolidated list.
- You will not re-export the supplied compounds to any of the destinations in section 1.
- The end-use is bona fide laboratory research consistent with the Research-Use Disclaimer.
Misrepresentation on any of these points is a material breach of the Terms & Conditions and may also be a criminal offence under EU and member-state law.
